SDS Chemical Hazard Information – Jake’s Fireworks

Each consumer fireworks device sold by Jake’s Fireworks contains some combination of the chemicals listed below.*  You can access the Safety Data Sheet information for these chemicals by clicking on any to the SDS Resources links below.

Jake’s believes that consumer fireworks are exempt from OSHA’s HCS 2012 program because the fireworks devices are “articles”.  29 CFR §1900.1200 (b)(6)(v)  and (c).
